Terms and Conditions – pk355 Platform Rules and User Agreement

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and pk355 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk355 website or services, you confirm that you have read these Terms carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms apply to all sections of the pk355 platform including Sports Betting, Casino, Live Casino, Esports and any promotions or bonus offers made available through the platform. They should be read alongside the pk355 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk355.

If at any point you do not agree to these Terms, or to any updated version of them, you should stop using the pk355 platform immediately and request account closure if you have already registered.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on pk355, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk355 is an adult entertainment platform and is not available to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any third party.
• You must not currently be excluded from gambling services either through a self-exclusion arrangement with pk355 or through any other mechanism.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information at the time of registration. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and any other information requested during the account opening process.
• You are permitted to hold only one account on pk355. Registering multiple accounts for the same person is not allowed. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery process rather than opening a new account.

pk355 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or other documents. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. pk355 is not liable for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because you failed to keep your username and password confidential. If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, notify pk355 support immediately.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and PKR Payments

All financial transactions on pk355 — including deposits, withdrawals, bet settlements and bonus credits — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your account at any stage of the payment process.

pk355 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• Bank transfer (standard Pakistani bank accounts)
• Debit and credit cards
• Other mobile wallets as may be added from time to time

Deposits are credited to your pk355 account balance in PKR. Most deposits via JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed quickly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method used and external factors outside of pk355's control.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever operationally possible. pk355 does not process withdrawal requests to third-party accounts or payment methods that are not registered in your name. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed if your account has not been fully verified.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated by pk355 from time to time with appropriate notice.

4 Betting and Casino Rules

All bets placed on the pk355 platform are subject to the rules specific to the sport, market or casino game involved. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. It is your responsibility to understand the applicable rules before placing any bet or commencing any casino game.

For sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds may fluctuate before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to acceptance at pk355's discretion. Market suspension during live events is at the platform's operational judgment.
• Cricket bets — including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic fixtures — are governed by the cricket-specific rules available in the Sports section. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, specific rules apply to how affected bets are settled.
• pk355 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where there has been an obvious pricing error. In such cases, stakes will be returned to your account.
• Maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation.

For casino and Live Casino games, the house edge for each game type is built into the game mathematics and is displayed where required by the relevant game provider. Slots return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and vary by title.

Live Casino games streamed on pk355 are operated by third-party providers. The rules of each Live Casino game are displayed within the game interface. pk355 does not control the outcome of Live Casino games — these are determined by the live dealer or random event as applicable to the game type.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

pk355 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches or other promotional credits to eligible account holders. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms set out the general framework within which all pk355 bonuses operate.

• Bonuses credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount as well) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be removed from your account automatically.
• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. Wagering is typically applied to bonus funds first. The specific order of wagering is communicated within individual bonus terms.
• Certain game types — particularly low-margin casino games and specific sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all towards wagering requirements. The contribution rates for different game types are detailed in the applicable bonus terms.
• pk355 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to remove bonus credits from an account if there is evidence that bonus terms have been abused.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts or devices is treated as a violation of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any bonus-related winnings.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk355 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to open an account in your name.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or at any point during identity verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other technological means to place bets, access account functions or exploit platform features in ways not intended for ordinary users.
• Colluding with other players on the platform to manipulate game or bet outcomes, including in Live Casino games or in-play sports markets.
• Exploiting pricing errors or technical faults in markets, odds or casino games. If you become aware of an obvious error, you are obligated to notify pk355 rather than placing bets to take advantage of it.
• Using the pk355 platform to facilitate any unlawful activity including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or any form of financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, scrape or replicate any part of the pk355 platform, its content, odds data or software.
• Sharing your pk355 account with another person or allowing a third party to place bets or access your account on your behalf.

pk355 employs monitoring systems to detect irregular betting patterns, account behaviour and payment anomalies. Accounts flagged by these systems will be reviewed and may be suspended while the review is in progress. pk355's decision in matters of prohibited conduct is final.

7 Account Suspension, Closure and Termination

pk355 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.
• Detection of underage use or misrepresentation of age.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (inactive account policy details are communicated separately).
• A self-exclusion request made by the account holder through the Responsible Gaming tools.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting pk355 support. If your account holds a positive real-money balance at the time of closure and there are no pending investigations or outstanding wagering requirements, the balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method in PKR.

8 Privacy and Data Usage

pk355 collects and processes personal data as part of the account registration, verification and payment process. The types of data collected include your name, date of birth, contact information, payment details and account activity data including betting history.

Your data is used for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, verifying identity, detecting prohibited conduct, improving the platform and communicating relevant offers and updates to you. pk355 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

9 Limitation of Liability

pk355 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain consistent uptime and performance — particularly during major cricket and PSL events — pk355 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times.

• pk355 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, delays in bet acceptance or settlement errors that are outside of its reasonable control.
• pk355 is not responsible for losses related to your personal internet connection, device performance or any third-party service that forms part of your access to the platform.
• In cases where a technical error results in an incorrect bet settlement, pk355 reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust your account balance accordingly, regardless of whether funds have already been credited.
• Bets are placed at the user's own risk. pk355 does not provide betting advice or guarantee any particular outcome. All gambling involves risk and you should only bet amounts you are comfortable losing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to those exceptions, pk355's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the preceding 30 days.

10 Responsible Gaming Obligations
